Julie Barnes is an independent research and development consultant who has worked extensively with government departments, local authorities and other public services in England and Wales for twenty five years.
She is a qualified personal counsellor, supervisor and Appreciative Inquiry facilitator, creating and inspiring personal, professional and whole systems learning and change. She has written and published articles and chapters on working with strengths based approaches and is particularly interested in finding creative ways to gather and share compelling stories about success.
She works with individuals, teams, groups and whole organisations, facilitating conversations that matter - helping you to learn from your strengths and build on these for the future.
